Sauro Martinelli, in arte DJ Sauro, immerso nella musica già in tenera età, se ne innamora

definitivamente quando ascolta per la prima volta il brano delle Pointer Sister – “Happiness”, che lo catapulterà nel mondo disco e che farà da fondamenta al suo background che spazia con maestria tra funk, disco, house e techno. La passione per la disco lo porterà a creare l’alias Don Diego Hayes con cui realizzerà alcuni edit di brani disco/funk, da qui nascerà anche il suo progetto nonché party Roller Boogie Disco. Dopo un’esperienza come resident dj in vari club di Formentera e Ibiza, si trasferisce in una delle capitali underground italiane,  Torino. Qui la collaborazione per alcuni dei festival italiani più importanti come Kappa Future Festival e Movement è immediata, a cui si affianca la sua esperienza come testimonial dj di Burn Energy Drink e Jagermeister, senza tralasciare le residency al Milk e Supermarket, quest’ultima in particolare in cui dividerà la console per una stagione con Claudio Coccoluto, Alex Neri, Joss Moog e Daniele Baldelli. Dal 2019 con altri collaboratori darà vita al party Hedonè un mix di sonorità House, Deep e Techno che porterà in console dj come Dj Ralf, Dirty Channels, Ricky L, Ocular (Buongiorno Classic) e molti altri. Negli anni ha condiviso la consolle con artisti del calibro di Seth Troxler, Louie Vega, DJ Ralf, Tony Humphries, India, Kenny Dope, Boris Werner, Uovo aka Memoryman, Dino Angioletti, Ricky Morrison, Paul Trouble Anderson, Kevin Hedge, Victor Simonelli, Dj Spen

Sauro Martinelli, aka DJ Sauro, immersed in music from an early age, falls in love with it

He fell in love with it for good when he listened for the first time to the song by Pointer Sisters – “Happiness”, which catapulted him into the world of disco and laid the foundations for his background, which skilfully spans funk, disco, house and techno. His passion for disco will lead him to create the alias Don Diego Hayes with whom he will make some edits of disco/funk tracks, from which his project and party Roller Boogie Disco will also be born. After experience as resident DJ in various clubs in Formentera and Ibiza, he moved to one of Italy’s underground capitals, Turin. Here, the collaboration for some of the most important Italian festivals such as Kappa Future Festival and Movement is immediate, alongside his experience as a DJ testimonial for Burn Energy Drink and Jagermeister, not to mention residencies at Milk and Supermarket, the latter in particular where he will share the console for a season with Claudio Coccoluto, Alex Neri, Joss Moog and Daniele Baldelli. From 2019, with other collaborators, he will give life to the Hedonè party, a mix of House, Deep and Techno sounds that will bring to the console DJs such as Dj Ralf, Dirty Channels, Ricky L, Ocular (Buongiorno Classic) and many others.
